I know my stomach
gets tied in knots
everytime I hear you
call my name,
but it doesn't mean that
I'm in love with you.
I'm aware that
my heart beats faster
at the sight of you,
but it could be because
your eyes mesmerize me,
and still it doesn't mean
that I'm in love with you.
And when we accidentally touch,
I sometimes thought
I can hear a thudding sound,
thinking it was my heart
falling on to the floor,
but only maybe because
I was caught off guard
by your touch,
not because
I'm in love with you.
I wonder how many times
do I have to repeat it
till my mind starts
believing it?
